Ongoing Process of creating my album cover

I have been working on the front of my album for quite a while now, so i have decided to focus more on the back, i have a few Rihanna albums at home as a i listen to her music quite alot so i had a look at what sort of photo shoots were used for her ones.
The shots were rather close ups or long shot so i looked through the photos i had taken with my artist and showed a few to my target audience, i got the best response from a close up of Graces face behind chained wire, with her conventional red lips and gold chain. I also decided this was a great photo to use as i felt like i had captured Grace in a picture and this shows what she is really about. Fiesty, Edgy and Fierce this photo i have choosen says it all and will look loud and appealing on the back of her album along with her songs and social networking names.

Here is my first draft of the back of my album, this is my choosen photo along with my target audiences choosen photo and this keeps it consistent throughout as this chained fence is featured throughout my photos and reguarly in my video, keeping it conisistent was vital for me whilst going through this process and keeping the colour, theme and her appearance edgy is very important to maintain. I have kept her red lips consistent with the font and the nature theme in the background.

Here is my second draft of my album back, i have included a grey colour around the font to blend in and match the chain wire which is one of the main focuses in the photograph, i have also added twitter names and the logo along with the facebook logo for her fans to 'follow' and 'add' her on these sites. I also included a barcode to make it look more realistic and professional and included names of producers websites that her music and profile will be on for fans aswell.

I am going to make a few more changes before i show this to my target audience as i need some feedback on what changes i need to make and improve and what is already good emphasis and make it even better.

Here is Rihanna's Talk that Talk album, Red is the main colour used along with black and white and the over all message of the photo creates a dangerous feel to it. The barcode, website and producer information is also included for professional reasons along with the list of her songs. The red is consistent throughout with it apperaring on the spine the pipe in the photo and on Rihanna's outfit, this is also one of the main colours featuring throughout my video and anicilary tasks as it connotes danger and looks fierce and electric when used correctly.
